NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2009 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-007381 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 11:00 AM on the 1st day of September, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 35 FEET OF LOT 1, OTTER LAKE VILLAS, UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
