From the SW corner of Section 36, Township 33 South, Range 17 East; run thence East 132 feet to a point of beginning on the East R/W line of U.S. Highway 19; thence run North along the Eastern right of way line of U.S. Highway 19, a distance of 240 feet; thence run East, a distance of 363 feet; thence South a distance of 240 feet; thence West 363 feet to the Point of Beginning. LESS highway right of way, and less tract in SW corner to Diab described in Official Records Book 157, Page 401, lying in Section 36, Township 33 South, Range 17 East, Manatee County, Florida.
