Commence at SW corner of SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section 36, and go East along South line of said SW 1/4 a distance of 132' to point on the East line of U.S. Highway 19; go North along said East line of U.S. Highway 19 a distance of 35' for a Point of Beginning; go North along said East line of U.S. Highway 19 a distance of 240' to point; go East 150' along a line which is parallel to South line of said SW 1/4 of said SW Section 36; go South 240' along a line parallel to said East line of Highway 19, to a Point on a North line of said Experimental Farm; then West along North line of said road 150' to the Point of Beginning, described in O.R. Book 157, Page 401, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
