JACKSON; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 22nd day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE EAST 160.74 FEET OF THE NORTH 323.54 FEET OF THE WEST 1451.91 FEET OF THE NORTH HALF OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE EAST 15 FEET RESERVED FOR AN INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT.
