NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 25 day of July, 2011, in Civil Action No. 11-726-CC, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which JOHN D. WHOLIHAN, DONNA WHOLIHAN, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., are the Defendants, and BERMUDA GREENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 22 day of August, 2011, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Unit C-5, BERMUDA GREENS, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1662, Page 1248, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
