NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 21, 2011, and entered in Case No. 112009CA008220XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-8 ADJUSTABLE RATE MO RTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-8 is Plaintiff and LENKA VALIGURSKA AS TRUSTEE OF THE STRATFORD LAND TRUST AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 18, 2009; COVENTRY AT STRATFORD PLACE SECTION I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, A DIVISION OF TREASURY BANK, N.A., MIN NO. 100133700005618627; LENKA VALIGURSKA; EMIL KERATA; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the atrium on the 1st Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at Collier County, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on the 22 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 2607, BUILDING 26, PHASE 3, COVENTRY AT STRATFORD PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, SECTION I, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3559, PAGE 965, AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ALL RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
