notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2009 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 26, 2011 entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2008-CA-003756 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and ORLANDO CUBAS; EMMA E. ALVAREZ, A/K/A EMMA ALVAREZ, A/K/A EMMA E. ALVAREZ CUBAS; GOLDEN DATE ESTATES ARE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 22 day of August, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 125, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 20, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 79 AND 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
