NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 27 day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-03845, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and KERRY FAGAN A/K/A KERRY A FAGAN; MARCO ISLAND CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE KERRY FAGAN A/K/A KERRY A FAGAN; KIMBERLY FISHER; LARRY FISHER; RICHARD C MACCLUGAGE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 AM on the 22 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 16, MARCO BEACH UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 9 THROUGH 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
