NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 10th day of May, 2010, in Civil Action No. 09-07499-CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which JAMES F. WALSH, JR.; MEGHAN M. WALSH; UNKNOWN TENANT I; UNKNOWN TENANT II; VARENNA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; FIDDLER'S CREEK FOUNDATION, INC., and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendants, are the Defendants, and CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 22 day of August, 2011, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Unit No. 203, Building 10, Phase X, VARENNA, a Condominium, together with the pro rata interest in the common elements and common property of the Condominium and Limited Common Elements appurtenant thereto, more particularly delineated and identified in the Declaration of Condominium of VARENNA, a Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4007, Page 1808, et seq., Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and as amended.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
