notice is hereby given Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 28, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-002816 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for American Home Mortgage Assets Trust 2006-6, Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-6, is the Plaintiff and Sheila Reilly-Edwards, The City of Marco Island, Tenant #1 n/k/a Steven Dawes, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 24th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 9, BLOCK 31, MARCO BEACH UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGEs 9 through 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
