NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 27, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-003232, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-3is Plaintiff and ANABELL RODRIGUEZ; JORGE RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, at Naples, in COLLIER County, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 24 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 105 FEET OF THE NORTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 94, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 59, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
