NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-009517, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and ELAINE R. MATHER, HERITAGE BAY GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, INC., TERRACE I AT HERITAGE BAY ASSOCIATION, INC., GEORGE E. MATHER and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A TARA BOUNAMICI IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 24th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 641, BUILDING 6, TERRACE I AT HERITAGE BAY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4110, PAGE 1231, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
