NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28 day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-002669, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR PFCA HOME EQUITY INVESTMENT TRUST CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-IFC6 is the Plaintiff and CALIXTO PUPO, ROSALIA SANCHEZ (DECEASED) and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 24 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 7, TOWN OF EVERGLADES, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF FILE IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 87 THROUGH 95, INCLUSIVE, OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA RECORDS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
