NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28 day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-003567, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK NA, AS TRUSTEE, FOR BAFC SALT 2005-1F is the Plaintiff and LAURIE A. BESTE; THOMAS J. BESTE A/K/A THOMAS BESTE; COVE TOWERS PRESERVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE as UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 24 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Unit 1201, MONTEGO AT COVE TOWERS PRESERVE, a Condominium according to the Condominium Declaration as recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, in Official Record Book 3017, page 395 and as amended in the public records of Collier County Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
