notice is hereby given Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 28, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-000518 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the holders of MASTR Adjustable Rate Mortgages Trust 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Magda Halama a/k/a Magada S. Halama, Naples Sunrise III, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 24th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
