NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-005047, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and DANIEL D. LYONS, FAIRWAY GARDENS, INC., WACHOVIA BANK, N.A., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL D. LYONS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 24th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 203, FAIRWAY GARDENS, BUILDING E, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 957, PAGE 717 THROUGH 783, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
