Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on , in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 8, BLOCK 73, FISHHAWK RANCH PHASE 2 PARCEL “DD-1A”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 97, PAGES 47 THRU 60, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 16117 BRIDGEPARK DRIVE, LITHIA, FL 33547; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on August 30, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
