THE WEST 1/2 OF LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 4, OAKLYN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH TWO (2) FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK 4 OF THE AFORESAID SUBDIVISION.
and commonly known as: 3010 N B ST W , TAMPA, FL 33609; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on August 30, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
