and commonly known as: 10406 HARTTS DR N, TAMPA, FL 33617; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on August 30, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
