A TRACT BEGINNING 385 FEET SOUTH AND 25 FEET EAST OF THE NW CORNER OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST AND RUN EAST 75 FEET, SOUTH 100 FEET, WEST 75 FEET, AND NORTH 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 8309 NORTH HABANA AVE, TAMPA, FL 33614; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on September 29th, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
