L, in the COUNTY Court for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein TROPICAL GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and GEORGIA HULIARIS, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Unit No. B-203, of TROPICAL GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 15450, Page 649, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in room 202 of the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 2:00 p.m., on the 19th day of August, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
