Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Condominium Unit No. 14102 of the Quarter at Ybor, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in OR Book 15311 Page 1006 and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as set forth in said Declaration.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered on 7/21/11 3:15PM in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
