NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order OR Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 17, 2009, entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-007160 in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Jidicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 13th day of September, 2011, at 10:00 A.M. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 11, REVISED MAP OF EAST BAY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 108, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
