NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21, 2011, and entered in 11-CA-005488 DIV J of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT1, is the Plaintiff and DANIEL C. SHEEHAN, CRYSTAL L. SHEEHAN, BW4 FACILITIES ASSOCIATION, INC., HERITAGE HARBOR GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 AM on December 1, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 10, OF HERITAGE HARBOR - PHASE 2A AND 3A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGE 94 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
