YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action seeking to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property located in Hillsborough County, Florida:
A parcel of land located in Lot C, WALDEN LAKE UNIT 42, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 69, Page 36, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, also being in Section 31, Township 28 South, Range 22 East, City of Plant City, Hillsborough County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
As a point of reference, commence at the Southeast corner of said Lot C; thence North 00 deg 12'50” West, 235 feet along the Easterly boundary of said Lot C to the Point of Beginning; thence South 89 deg 47'10” West, 95.53 feet; thence North 55 deg 58'47” West, 61.84 feet; thence south 80 deg 12'23” West, 55.83 feet to a point on the Westerly boundary of said Lot C; thence North 00 deg 00'00” West, 220.48 feet along the Westerly boundary of said Lot C to the Northwest corner thereof thence South 88 deg 28'53” East 200.98 feet along the Northerly boundary of Lot C to the Northeast corner thereof; thence South 00 deg 12'50” East, 239.90 feet along the Easterly boundary of said Lot C to the Point of Beginning.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Todd M. Feldman, Esq., the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Jones, Walker, Waechter, Poitevent & Carrere, L.L.P., 601 Brickell Key Drive, Suite 500, Miami, FL 33131 on or before September 5, 2011, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW.
