THE WEST 625 FEET OF THE NORTH 140 FEET OF THE SOUTH 280 FEET OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH RANGE 21 EAST, LESS THE WEST 25 FEET FOR ROAD, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 311 SAINT CLOUD AVE N, VALRICO, FL 33594; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on September 2nd, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
