Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 25th, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
UNIT 8817D, IN BUILDING 7 OF ARMENIA VILLAGE CONDOMINIUMS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16789, PAGE 40 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 8817 CRESTVIEW DRIVE, TAMPA, FL 33604; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on August 30th, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
