Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 27, 2010, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 5, BLOCK 23, RIVERCREST PHASE 2 PARCEL “N”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 101, PAGE 238, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 11315 PALM ISLAND AVE, RIVERVIEW, FL 33569; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on August 30th, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
