Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 6, 2010, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 4, BLOCK 2 OF NORMA PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE(S) 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4111 WEST BAY VILLA AVE, TAMPA, FL 33611; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on September 2nd, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
