NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29 2009 CA 021537 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AHL3, Plaintiff, and, OBI, ROWLAND C., et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2ND FLOOR GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, LOCATED AT THE 800 E. TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of September, 2011, the following described property:
LOT 25, BLOCK 2, WELLINGTON HOMES AT COUNTRYWAY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE 14, OF THE Public Records Of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
