KELL, JEFF CAMPBELL CONSTRUCTION, INC. and the FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION, and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 13, 2011, in Case No. 08-CA-002813 in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit In and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which RES-FL SEFFNER, LLC is the Plaintiff, and BRENDA J. KELL, et al., are Defendants, I, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Hillsborough County:
Lot 1, JENNWELL ESTATES, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 109, Page 33, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
The sale will be held on August 26, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida., in accordance with §45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
