NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated September 29, 2009, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-30106, DIVISION: D, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ACCREDITED HOME LENDERS, INC. is Plaintiff and ESTER L. GARCIA, A/K/A ESTHER GARCIA; MANUEL GARCIA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC.; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; STATE OF FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, are Defendants.
