That certain parcel consisting of Unit 205, as shown on Condominium Plat of River Oaks Condominium III, Phase II, a Condominium according to Condominium Plat Book 4, Page 11, and as amended in Condominium Plat Book 4, Page 34, and as further amended in Condominium Plat Book 4, Page 39, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed November 2, 1981, in O.R. Book 3875, Page 209 through 297 inclusive, and as amended in O.R. Book 3944, Page 30 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
has been filed against you, and you are required to file written defenses with the Clerk of the court and to serve a copy within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication on Robert L.
