NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summer Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 27, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 29-2010-CA-005886 of the Circuit Court of the Hillsborough County Circuit Court (FL), Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 1 day of September, 2011, at 2:00 P.M. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, 17, 18 AND 19, BLOCK F, MANGO HILLS ADDIITON NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 9, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
