Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CC-010772 of County Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Highland Park Neighborhood Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and CRISTA TUMMINIA; JOSEPH M. TUMMINIA, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRISTA TUMMINIA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH M. TUMMINIA, JR.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: in Room 202 of the Hillsborough County Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, George Edgecomb Courthouse, Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 pm, on the 26 day of August, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4 Block 31, HIGHLAND PARK Phase 2A-2 as per plat thereof recorded in Plat book 103, Page 41-47, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. the street address of which is: 11539 Fountainhead Dr. Tampa, Florida 33626.
