LOT(S) 20, BLOCK 2, WALDEN LAKE UNIT 23, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGE(S) 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2903 SUTTON OAKS CT , PLANT CITY, FL 33566-9609; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on August 31st, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
