Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida, Florida, at 2:00 pm on August 26, 2011 following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment for Foreclosure:
Lot 40, TOWNHOMES AT TURTLE CREEK, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 93, Page 64, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
