Notice is HEREBY given that pursuant to a Partial Summary Judgment of Foreclosure that was entered in Civil Case No.: 11- CA- 001450 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, at 10:00am on the 31st day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Partial Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
A Parcel of Land Lying in Section 22, Township 30 South, Range 21 East, Hillsborough County Florida, and being a portion of Lot “F”, of Fishhawk Ranch Commercial Lots “D”, “E” and “F” platted subdivision - No Improvements, according to the Plat thereof as Recorded in Plat Book 97, Pages 20 through 24, inclusive of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeasterly corner of said Lot F, Run along the Easterly boundary of said Lot F, S 12Ëš25'51” W, A distance of 287.83 Feet; thence departing said Easterly boundary, Run N 59Ëš50'56” W, a distance of 222.22 Feet; Thence S 30Ëš09'04” W, a distance of 10.78 Feet to the point of beginning; Thence S 30Ëš28'41” W, a distance of 78.48 Feet, thence N 59Ëš31'19” W, 14.62 Feet; thence N 30Ëš28'41” E, a distance of 78.48 Feet; thence S 59Ëš31'19” E, a distance of 14.62 Feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
