Athas, Individually and as Co-Trustee of the Robert E. Athas and Joann M. Athas Trust, Dated as of February 24, 2004 and Joann M. Athas, Individually and as Co-Trustee of the Robert E. Athas and Joann M. Athas Trust, Dated as of February 24, 2004 are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M., on August 31, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 32, HOURGLASS LAKES ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
