NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order entered on July 26, 2011, in Case No. 2008-CA-15421-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Sarasota County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, an Alabama banking corporation, successor by merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Lee Neighbors, Kristi Neighbors, Unknown Tenant # 1 and Unknown Tenant #2, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via on-line at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00am, or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 30th day of August, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, Waterside Wood, Siesta's Bayside, Unit A, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 18, Page(s) 40, Public Records of Sarasota, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
