NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2011 entered in Case No. 2010-CA-24009-O, in the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN BROTHERS SMALL BALANCE COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, is the Plaintiff, and BMS OF CENTRAL FL, L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company; LEEVISTA INDUSTRIAL OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation; LEE VISTA POINT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation; QC CONCRETE, INC., a Florida corporation; GARY BAXTER; and SANDRA BAXTER, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash except as set forth hereinafter, at 11:00 a.m. on September 9, 2011, at the Clerk's website for on-line auctions via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the following described property situated in Orange County, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 12, LEE VISTA POINTE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 8572, Page 4285, as amended by First Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 8636, page 3774, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Property Address: 6457 Hazeltine National Drive, Unit 12, Orlando, Florida 32822.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
