Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 7, 2010, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:

DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AND ALL IT ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS
RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8613, PAGE 1168, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO
DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8620, PAGE 3104, AS AMENDED BY
