Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 28, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
lot 125, windsor walk, as per plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 19, pages 4, 5 and 6, public records of orange county, florida.
and commonly known as: 2435 STRATFORD UPON AVON BLVD, ORLANDO, FL 32837; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on September 22, 2011 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
