NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 2nd day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-23250, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein indymac federal bank fsb is the Plaintiff and juan f. gonzalez; clerk of the court of orange county; fsc lake fredrica assoc. lp d/b/a resort at lake fredrica; hfc collection center, inc., a corporation; state farm mutual automobile insurance company, a florida corporation as subrogee of howard bolos; state of florida department of revenue; united states district court district of idaho; united states of america; worldwide asset purchasing llc, as assignee of direct merchants bank, na; howard bolos; unknown tenant a/k/a maria navarro; in possession of the subject property are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 13th day of September, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 121, valencia gardens section 4, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in plat book 17, pages 75 through 77, public records of orange county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
