NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 26th day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-037099-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC. is the Plaintiff and JAMES J RILEY A/K/A JAMES J RILY, BANK OF AMERICA, CLERK OF COURT OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CYPRESS CREEK/ORLANDO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, LINDA RILEY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES J RILEY A/K/A JAMES J RILY, LEANNE B SHAW, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEANNE B SHAW and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 6th day of September, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT B-14, OF CYPRESS CREEK GOLF TOWNHOMES A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3788, PAGE 1580; FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3810, PAGE 1084 THROUGH 1096; AND SECOND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3824, PAGES 4514 THROUGH 4528 PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
