NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to the Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given that the City of Winter Garden Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Commission Chambers located at 300 W. Plant Street, Winter Garden, Florida on August 25, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon after as possible to consider the following ordinance to vacate a drainage easement to real property in the City of Winter Garden:
ORDINANCE 11-19
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WINTER GARDEN, FLORIDA, ABANDONING AND VACATING A PORTION OF AN EXISTING TWENTY-FIVE FOOT DRAINAGE EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF DIVISION STREET, SOUTH OF CREST AVENUE AND EAST OF LULU CREEK; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
Copies of the proposed ordinances may be inspected by the public between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday of each week, except for legal holidays, at the Planning & Zoning Division in City Hall, 300 West Plant Street, Winter Garden, Florida. Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. Written comments will be accepted before or at the public hearing. Any persons wishing to appeal a decision of the Public body should ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings is made.
