NOTICE is given that pursuant to a final judgment dated August 4, 2011, in Case No. 09-CA-12395-CI-8 in the above-captioned action, Ken Burke as Clerk of Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, will sell the following described property set forth in the final judgment:
The South 4.35 feet of Lot 8 and Lots 9 and 10, Block 1, THE KERR ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 58, public records of Pinellas County, Florida;
Lots 11, 12, 13, and 14, Block 1, THE KERR ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 58, public records of Pinellas County, Florida;
Florida Beverage License #BEV 6209170 4COP, and
All fixtures, appliances, apparatus, equipment, furnishings, and articles of personal property now or hereafter fixed to, attached to, or used in any way in connection with the complete use, occupancy, operation as a restaurant, future development or operation of said real property, all licenses, inclusive of the beverage license, and permits used or required in connection with the use of said real property and restaurant operation thereon, all leases of said real property now or hereafter entered into and all right, title and interest of the mortgagor thereunder, including, without limitation, cash or securities deposited thereunder pursuant to said leases, and all rents, proceeds and profits accruing from said real property and all proceeds of any voluntary or involuntary conversion of any of the foregoing, including proceeds of insurance and condemnation awards

at public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10 a.m. on September 6, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
