NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated July 25, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-002916-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Ralph F. Katzenberger are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on August 29, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM, PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT F-23, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF DOVER-FOXCROFT CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4885, PAGE 1496 ET.SEQ., AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 45 AND 46 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH PARKING SPACE NO. 8.
