NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 16, Block D, BOCA CIEGA PARK, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 24, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida,
together with all improvements erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances and fixtures thereon, including replacements and additions made a part of the property,
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 9th day of September, 2011, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
