NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 501S, of SUNSET VISTAS CONDO HOTEL ON THE GULF, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 141, Page(s) 99 through 105, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 15082, Page(s) 2616 through 2679, inclusive, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
TOGETHER WITH all improvements erected on the property and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures a part of the property, and all replacements and additions thereto, and all limited common elements associated with the afore-described Unit No. 501S, including but not limited to any balcony, parking space, or storage space, if any
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 2nd day of September, 2011, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
